What We Collect
- Contact details you provide during intake (name, email, company, phone).
- Dispute information and documents you upload (emails, contracts, invoices).
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and session information for security and service improvement.
How We Use It
- To assess your intake and process your case preparation pack.
- To generate structured outputs: timelines, evidence matrices, risk flags, and draft documents.
- To communicate with you about your case status and delivery.
- For quality control and continuous improvement of our processing accuracy.
Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data and case files.
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to processing of your personal data at any time.
Data Retention
- Case data is retained for the duration necessary to deliver your preparation pack and handle follow-up inquiries.
- After case completion, data is retained for a maximum of 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
- You may request immediate deletion of all case data at any time by contacting us with your case identifier.
